Loserjabber is fixed !! woo-woo... I finally got sick of trying to compile it here so I compiled it at home and just moved the files on to this box.

Saturday I helped out my friend michelle with her computer, we ended up going to the computer show to get her a new amd K-6 for her box... we found one for $15. she just lost her job at earthlink and was really upset about it, I think she is doing better now however. That night I did rocky, I had a really good time doing it, someone in the audiance came up after the show and told me that I was one of the only franks he had seen who knew his blocking (I had better know it by now)

Sunday was REALLY busy, I went back to the computer show. there are several things there that I really want, somone there had ibm laptops for $40 each, 100mzh pentiums with 64 megs of memory... they would make great portable servers... there was a sketch pad for $35 that I almost bought, as a matter of fact the only reason I didn't was the length of the line to check out. I also found a place that had micro bits for $20 for a dremell tool, I already have the press for that. hmmm, I really wish I had money :-( Afterwards I had a box to work on for a client, then off to rokits for the meeting. I have more stuff to get ready for interz0ne, more on that later. drop off a computer at a clients and the over to see james. he made some great rotecery steak and then we watched 'but I'm a chearleader' great movie, one of my favorates. It's one of the only gay oriented movies that did a really good job at a romantic scene.

if sunday was busy monday was insane, I had SO many things that had to be done. I was doing the work from home thing and got many calls from work asking for help with stuff this time. I finally got a chance to see the hotel for interz0ne, it should be no problem setting everything up there, I set out several computers to build for the con, I am figuring I am going to need at least 10, that is with backups. I am pretty sure I can make that number without having to use personal machines. I may need some help building them however, there is a lot of hardware work that needs to be done in converting them so if anyone can come over in the evening and help me do installs please feel free... I need someone to just add harddrives and network cards to boxes then make sure they boot...

more later, work time.
