More Microsoft bullshit

There are a few things I have to use microsoft for... such as visio documents... at home I am currently using it to do downloads (which will change as soon as I build a unix box powerful enough to handle all the downloading I am doing) last night there was an update...

here at work I have 2 computers, the one I am on now which runs FreeBSD and a windows box I use only for required windows stuff... so last night there was an update, turns out now this shitty fucking operating system reoots for you... but not all the way no... it also doesn't keep your data... I had 30 documents up when I left last night I needed to work on today, it's going to take me an hour to figure out which ones it was I was working on.

At home my work laptop downloads to a samba partition on a unix box (no transfer actually gets written to the windows box) when it rebooted of course the fucking piece of shit didn't come up all the way as well...

ok, automatic updates are now turned off on both boxes, on sunday this weekend I think I am going to take one of the new servers I bought a couple weeks ago at the computer auction and turn it into my dowload machine. so I don't have to worry about this crap.

the party is saturday at 7... I hope we are ready in time!

I also think I am going to have one on March the 11th (day after my birthday) put it on your calenders, I am going to try and throw one of the BIG ones!
