new software

I am going to write a software program... specifically it's for debugging computer problems... When every you have a problem with any application or the computer itself.. network trouble or what ever... you can just drop to a command prompt and type 'show problem' and it will instantly show you what the problem with your software or computer is...

It should be fairly easy to write. when the command is typed look for a web cam on the computer, snap a picture and then display it on the screen...
