bad mornings

so I went to GoodYear to get a tune up and they said they were WAY behind. it would take at least 2 hours to get to me. I I went up the street to get my emmotions checked. they had just opened when i got there and I was the first in line. I waited 45 minutes for them to calibrate the system before they came out and told me that their computer was down and I wouldn't be able to get it done.... grrr...

I stayed with Gina and Jason last night. they are doing ok. they didn't look as bad as I thought they would. they are having problems walking around the house and are getting frustrated with not being able to do things for themselves. I think I am going to go by and cook some dinner for them tonight. JonnyX is supposed to send me e-mail or call and tell me when he decided to come down but I haven't heard a peep out of him since we talked on Monday... grrr.. I have decided that one way or another today IS going to be a happy day!!!

Thought we agreed on tomorrow around lunchtime; I'm hitting the road at 7:00am, which will put me in Atlanta at noon. You were going to email me instructions/directions on where to meet you. Speaking of email, I sent that guy a copy of my resume and the address bounced. I'm going to send it to you so you can forward it. Hell, lemme dig up that phone# you gave me and call you, too.

So we're meeting tomorrow under a giant 30' tall mechachicken. I'm somewhat scared that this is a sign of some sort, indicating what my life in Atlanta will be like.
