Lodo2 is alive!!
Nov. 16th, 2004 08:36 pmI was way too sore to go to practice tonight, I will be there tomorrow I am sure.
Lodo was my old file Lodo2 is the new one! 100 gig RAID 1+0 on SCSI3 10K SCA drives... 300 gig no RAID on 10K drives. He is a monster, weighs 120lbs or so all together (there are 2 parts to the server, the server itself and the drive array) The OS is installed and running, I need to get it working the way I like it, then I can start moving data over. The MP3's are going in the overly redundant area.
My favorite angel fish died tonight... he got caught in some moss while I was at work and couldn't get out...
FreeBSD 5.3 has been released, I just installed it today... looks like they fixed a few of the 5.21 'problems'. I haven't worked with it too much yet but I will give more info as it pops up.
sleepy time... goodnight!
