Friday night

This coming friday night: 6/17, come over for movie night at my house.

The way movie night works:

I have 2 screens, one is 125" and one is 60" the group picks out what they want to watch and you can watch on either screen.

there will also be an internet connection, etc... there you can work on....

I will server food 'n stuff. maybe I will attempt to make sushi again.

please let me know if you are going to be there so I know how many to plan for.

the key to making sushi is making the rice the day before and giving it plenty of time in the fridge to get good and sticky. Just a little FYI in case you decide to give it another shot. Hope you're doing well.Ciao.

I have made it twice before, it turned out pretty well. I haven't herd of the chilling the rice maybe I will try that, keeping rice has always turned out BAD for me. Using a rice cooker is great for rice, turns out perfect every time.

the rolls I have gotten pretty good at, I haven't tried the inside-out rolls yet. The Nigari is hard to make.
