Job stuff

I need a new job... The pay here is great, so are the benefits, and I love the work I do... but damn... there is NO room for me to get promoted EVER. I get ostracized for everything I do even if I do it right. I am thinking about work ALL THE TIME. I spend 20% of my day driving. This shit is getting really, really old and childish.

Well, it's true that family men get promoted faster. You also said they get paid more.
