hugmeSo I have a check from my last contract job, a pretty large check. Its made out to Tux Internet so I go and get my business license so I am now official. I then head out to the bank to open an account. I fill out the paperwork and they go do an equifax credit check on me and I get declined. the only thing that is mine on my credit report is Auto Nation.. they aren't reporting my credit card at all, and Scana is claiming I owe them $480 from 3 years ago on an account that never had a single bill paid on it and was now showing up on my credit as no pay.
So now I am sitting here with a check in my hand and nobody will cash it for me. Meanwhile I have bills getting late, rent coming up and a negative balance in my checking account.
as far as pieces of shit companies Equifax is only second to bell sloth.
