hugmeNew job is going well, I have been doing basic sysadmin stuff for 2.5 weeks now. It's nice to have a job again, I was 2 months from going a year without one. one bad thing, they have no decent chairs here, none. my back is hurting all the time..... grrrr.....
I am playing with wireless networking a lot. found many good networks to log on to. I am going to set up an ssh port redirector for port 25 on one of my co-lo boxes as it seems that is a port that most networks are leaving open.
I sign for the new house today, I can't wait!! it will be SO nice to live 2 miles from work, even if it is marietta. I think I will have a party sometime in september. I am WAY over due for one (about 2 years) Dawn was at my last party... that is going to be hard to deal with. along with dragon con.
no internet at home, however there is an open wireless network a block from my house and I could more than likely pick it up at my house if I had an anntenna on my card. I am going to play with that today I think.
everyone has to come over and see my new place, I will start moving in this weekend.

lots of stuff to do today at work, sign the papers for my new house today, presentation for a contract job today, dennys is tonight.... e-gad man!!
