new pictures!!!

ok, pictures from lisa's concert on friday... not many, I didn't get one of lisa :-(

two of me getting ready and two of the beautiful pipe organ that didn't turn out at all.. I really wanted to get the woodwork on the celing but it ended up being completely dark in the shots... my flash just isn't strong enough...

That organ is a beast -- one of the largest mechanical action organs in the south, and the largest m.a. organ ever built by a British builder.

It's hard to get shots in a space like that without the benefit of natural light. I bet it's amazing in the mornings, with the sunrise coming through the rose window.

somehow I doubt they would let me come by one morning just to take pictures... I can set my camera for night mode if you sing there again and try to get some decent shots of it... I think part of the problem was the differences in light rather than the light itself... getting zoomed shots may help..
