My neck is swollen, the right side is VERY tender to touch (the gland) it's scratchy and hurts to swallow. My skin feels clammy and I feel a bit dizzy.

grrrr

I am NOT going to get sick right now!!!

Technically, you are too late in your resolution. Especially if the gland is swollen.

yes, but I don't FEEL really horrid yet excpet for the touch of dizziness so there is still the chance that it will turn around before I lose any chores over it.
