Ok, just finishing my 4th sweat cycle... meaning I got over the virus.... Thank you to everyone who sent me tons of opinions on how to get rid of it.. if you have the Fantam virus here is what you do:
Eat LOTS of fresh fruit, (apples and oranges), chicken broth and rice.
drink Green Tea and orange Juice
Eat in meal format, don't snack on it all day.. in other words eat a lot of food all at once instead of a little bit at a time.... why you ask? you are fighting a virus.. you need energy, your body doesn't need to be doing anything else while it's fighting... so eating the food at once means your body digests it then has a long period of time with no digestion so that it can pull all it's resources to fighting the virus...
CHEW YOUR FOOD WELL!! I can't stress this enough, the better your food is chewed up the less energy you are going to use digesting it and the more you are going to have to fight the virus.
Eat just before bed... this is known as a no, no if you are dieting because the energy has no place to go. if you are sick however this is good because while your body rests the energy you consume goes right to fighting it....
when you go to bed wear a sweat suit. keep warm, I am wearing a sweat shirt thermal under ware and thick socks...
take my advice or don't... but I will tell you this, it's only lasted for 2 days for me, most people it's lasting 5 to 8 from what I have heard.
