I confirmed that AT&T will be setting up the cable modem on friday (finally) I sat on hold for 2 1/2 hours just to find that shit out.... fucking bastards
BellSouth Customer Service (aka: BS clueless service) told me we should have our phone book and Yellow Pages in seven to ten days. When I pointed out that's exactly the same thing they told me five, ten and twenty days ago, they got rather defensive. And no, they still won't allow me to drive to the warehouse facility on Buford Hwy and just pick them up. Grrr...
that is strange, at my apartment they would send us new phone books once a month for some odd reason. maybe I got all the ones that were supposed to go to this house.
