I hate being 1/2 in charge of a project. I am working on one now, they ordered all the hardware without consulting with me or the Supported hardware documentation first. I told them what should be be done, how it should be done and why. they answered back saying the facts were irrelevant, they have made up their mind and that is what they want run.

Now they are stuck with hardware that won't run what they want, and a solution that could possibly work but they aren't sure even if the hardware did run correctly. I have been in a pissy mood since yesterday because of this, if you know a technical person who knows their shit then LISTEN TO THEM!! if you go do your own thing it's very possible that it won't work and you will be stuck.

I know that song and dance all too well...they dont listen to you and then when it all goes to shit they blame you for not being more forceful about stating the problems...
